A registered Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate with the Board of Engineers Malaysia, Teoh serves as Director of T&J Associates Sdn Bhd. Armed with a Bachelor of Engineering from Universiti Malaya and 16 years of experience, his expertise centers on electrical building services, power distribution design, system protection, and construction project management. He excels in electrical infrastructure development, regulatory compliance, and authority submissions within Malaysia’s construction sector.

Ku Joo Har
A seasoned Mechanical Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Ku specializing in the design, coordination and optimization of mechanical systems for diverse building projects. Holding a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, Ku has established good reputation for technical expertise. He is able to deliver mechanical solutions that meet client expectations and adhere to regulatory standards.
